After your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, we require:

Handling & Production Time:
3-5 business days
(Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)

During this time, your custom car mats are manufactured and prepared for dispatch.

Standard Shipping Time

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

Standard Shipping:
5-8 business days
(Monday to Friday)

Total Delivery Time

The estimated total delivery time from order placement to delivery is:

8-13 business days

This includes:

• Handling & Production Time: 3-5 business days
• Transit Time: 5-8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on courier operations, seasonal demand, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
